I offer a refined, body–mind approach to movement and holistic wellbeing - integrating somatics, yoga, movement, conditioning and deep rest practices.
With over 30 years of experience across dance, yoga and integrated rest practices, my work has evolved into an approach that supports strength, mobility, nervous system regulation, creativity and embodied awareness.
Alongside senior-level yoga, fitness and iRest certifications, I hold a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance and I’m currently completing an MFA in Creative Practice (Dance) at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. My research explores the body as a site of lived experience, informing a practice that brings together movement, awareness and creative process.
I’m passionate about helping others stay strong, supple, and resilient throughout the various phases of life and its challenges - by embracing mindful movement, rest practices and the wisdom of the body.My teaching has developed into a somatic movement approach that prioritises how movement is felt and experienced - not just how it looks. I teach a flowing, intelligently sequenced style of somatic yoga and movement that integrates breath, nervous system awareness and embodied attention.
A central part of my work is iRest Yoga Nidra, a research-based, therapeutic meditation practice that supports deep rest, nervous system regulation and emotional balance. This underpins and complements the more dynamic aspects of my teaching.
My work - which I describe as mind–body conditioning - brings together yoga, somatic movement, strength, balance and mobility work, meditation and rest practices to support long-term health, adaptability and a more connected experience of the body.
I’m particularly interested in supporting people through midlife and beyond, offering practices that evolve with the body - helping you stay strong, supple and connected over time.
You can join me for classes, workshops, retreats or online programmes.
